I have always been so fascinated about drinking tea. Aside from being a fragrant drink, tea is very refreshing and at the same time beneficial to your overall health. There are a lot of studies that have proven that tea contains some formulation that may fight cancer.  There are also some medical researches showing how effective green tea is in losing weight. Losing Weight with Green Tea

My green tea weight loss regimen starts as soon as I wake up in the morning. It has been suggested in most of the articles that I have been reading to drink this at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before taking a meal. So, I do this everyday before taking breakfast then, during lunch and dinner. This has been a daily routine for more than a month now.

After a month of doing this, the loss in weight can be felt even without having to step on a weighing scale to confirm it. Of course, for a leaner and better effect, regular exercise was done together with green tea weight loss program. Stepping on the weighing scale was shocking. My body lost 6 pounds in just a month without having to deprive myself from eating the foods that I love to eat.

Staying Healthy while Losing Weight

The good thing about the green tea diet is that it will not require you to avoid high calorie foods. As a matter of fact, when you engage in a green tea weight loss program, it is recommended that you continuously eat in moderation. Take note that you should not starve yourself. This can cause you to have lower energy levels which would result to low metabolism. This means that by doing this, your aim to get slimmer will be slow.

It is not true that you will be able to suppress your appetite with the green tea diet. Information about green tea being able to suppress your appetite is misleading. Most of the green tea available in the market today will only allow you to be less hungry at times but it will not stop your appetite.

Doing a green tea weight loss program is beneficial because it will allow you to lose weight rapidly without limiting yourself from eating the right foods. In this program, you still need to eat healthy foods that contain more essential vitamins and minerals so that your body systems will function well.
